Set up a Showing

Thanks for your interest in our properties. To set up a viewing, please follow the instructions below.

For the protection of our residents, before setting up a showing we need to get additional information from you. Please be aware we abide by the Fair Housing Rules and these questions are asked to everyone.

Please note - you will never be asked to wire money, we also do not ask for any money money until you have been pre-screened and have viewed the property with Kim or Brent from Next Door Properties.

It is important that you follow each step below in step by step order to set up a viewing - we do not want you to pay the $75 application fee until you have gone through our process. DO NOT fill out an application until directed by Next Door Properties to do so. No application will be accepted or reviewed until each of the follow steps are completed:

Go to our website to view all available units including details and pictures. Please click Available Units.
Pick the unit your income qualifies for and that you are interested in having as your next home.
Thoroughly review the Next Door Properties screening policy. Please click Screening Policy.
If you have animals, thoroughly review the Next Door Properties pet policy and screening. Please click Pet Policy & Screening.
Complete each of the following PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS in detail by adding the answers in the question boxes below, and upload the picture files of your:ID Front, ID Back, and Selfie holding ID so front is readable

Once all requested information is received, reviewed and if approved we will be happy to set up a showing.

Do you have animals? If yes, will your animals be living with you?

Do you currently smoke or have you ever smoked?

Will you be the only resident?
