This is a required pre-screening only and not an application. No fees are collected at this stage.
Pre-screening information sent through Zillow, Rent.com, RentPads, or other listing platforms cannot be received or viewed by Next Door Properties.
You must complete the pre-screening using your personal email address. Do not reply through a listing site.
You will never be asked to wire money. No fees are collected unless and until you are invited to submit an application after pre-screening approval and a property viewing.
