PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS: : A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. PAW SCORE: Next Door Properties LLC receives a “Paw Score” based on a 1 to 5 Paw Score. Pets will be required to have a 4 Paw or 5 Paw Pet Score to reside with you.

PET FEE: Applicants must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for a dog or cat and other pets between $25 and $150 depending on pet.

PET RENT: Pet rent will be between $35 or more per month depending on the pet and the Paw Score.

PET ADDENDUM: Applicants must accept the terms of the Pet Addendum to their lease.

DOGS: For all dogs the applicant must supply proof of a dog license, proof that shots are current, spay or neuter certificate, submit a picture of the dog and meet the landlord.

CATS: For all cats, the applicant must provide proof of spaying or neutering, proof that shots and Flea & Tick treatment are current and a picture of the cat.

OTHER PETS: The applicant must provide proof of spaying or neutering, proof of shots and a picture. No rats, mice or rodents allowed.

NUMBER AND SIZE LIMIT: The number and/or size of pet(s) may be limited depending on the Paw Score and Size of Unit.

RENTERS INSURANCE: Applicants must provide renters insurance with liability coverage of $500,000 (ask for more information policies available for less than $20/month).
